The Fifteenth Annual “Material Matters: It’s in the Details” symposium takes place online on January 24, 2026. We invite you to join us online for this conference on material culture spanning 1609-1815. Your participation in this online program supports Fort Ticonderoga’s mission “to preserve, educate, and provoke an active discussion about the past and its importance to present and future generations".

This is an online program. A computer, tablet, or smartphone is required. To ensure you are able to connect without issues, you must register by the Thursday before the symposium. Registration will close on Thursday, January 22nd, at 12:00pm ET.
